The IBM PC NFT Browser Extension
THE PROBLEM
On October 11, 2021, less than one month after the IBM PC’s 40th birthday, an artificial intelligence working through a cluster of computers in Washington, DC, organized to send a generic complaint regarding the artwork that offended it.
This original artwork is part of a collection known to us humans as the IBM PC NFT Experience. Not knowing better, Atomic Assets responded by de-listing the earlyibmfans collection. Since then, Atomic Assets has assured us that if the IBM PC can work things out with the rogue faction of trade organization servers, Atomic Assets will again whitelist the collection. In the meantime, we continue to celebrate the now notorious IBM PC with CONTRABAND NFTs.
As a temporary solution to the de-listing, the IBM PC NFT Experience is providing access to browser extensions that again make our collection visible to faithful IBM PC users. Use this while we continue to work towards a full re-listing on Atomic Assets.
All software here is provided AS-IS, NO WARRANTY, just like in those early days of DOS 1.0.
GOOGLE CHROME / BRAVE
- Install the Requestly Extension
Add our Requestly rules by clicking here. Then click the “Import to My Rules” button.
Visit Our Collection. You should see a blue message, along with the collection images. If not, hard refresh (shift-reload) to kickstart it.
On slower connections, you may still see the blacklist notice. If this happens, try a faster connection, or hard refresh your page (shift-reload). If you continue to have issues, use the support channel on our Discord server.
FIREFOX BROWSER
When asked if you want to add IBM PC NFT Atomic Unblocker, click “Add”, then “Ok”
Close all Firefox windows and RESTART the browser.
Open Firefox and visit Our Collection. You should see a blue message, along with the collection images. If not, hard refresh (shift-reload) to kickstart it.
